I think it&amp;#39;s great that you&amp;#39;re giving it an honest 100% try, I think you&amp;#39;re going to see great results. Remember if you feel tired, cranky, etc take a look at the amount of protein you&amp;#39;re consuming, might not be enough. Make sure your programming includes a fair amount of Max. Efforts as well as MetCons. Check out as many sites as you can and see what works best for you.
