WOD Blog 4/20/13

Saturday was a blast!! Love team wods!!

Run 400m
50 Burpees
Run 400m
60 Squats
Run 400m
70 Sit Ups
Run 400m
80 Ring Rows
Run 400m

Run can be split between each team member(200m each)
Burpees, Squats, Sit Ups and Ring Rows can we split however team likes. The person not doing exercise must hold kettle bell while team member does movement. If kettle bell hits ground 100 burpee penalty.
