1-7-13

Welcome back this week to a little hamstring focus. 
For those of you who are wondering what's up with the new board on the gym door, its another food/wod challenge. There's only 4 of us this month but we're doing it again in Feb so get ready to join us. This challenge isn't for the money like last month we're going for bragging right, oh yeah and to avoid having to do the awful (although very creative) penalties that we've all come up with for our closest loser.
