15 minutes to establish a 5 rep max on snatch grip deadlift

2 minutes on 2 minutes off total reps for each movement 1 time through:
Goblet Squat
KB swings
Toes 2 Bar

I am so disappointed in my score, that's what I get for taking a few months off. I am determined to stay focused this round, honest, starting next week HAHA. And have I mentioned how much I'm not thrilled to be posted on the blog, K now I have to start posing ;)
