Tues. 7-3 WOD

Remember we're closed tomorrow the 4th for the holiday, but you can make it up Thurs at the 9:15. 
Had a little bit of everything today and it felt great, right?!  

WOD:
4 rounds:
75 double unders
10 burpee box overs
10 push jerks (heavy)
10 wall balls
