Mon 7-2 WOD

Back in a working cycle today with one that's pretty easy going, nothing to crazy, we're saving that for Wed. 

WOD:
150 kettlebell swings for time
every 25 swings sprint 200 M
as long as it took you to run you have to wait before you can do your next 25 swings
