Mon 5-7 WOD


Working some Snatch balance today catches are looking a lot better not time to load some weight.

WOD:
3X3 snatch balance holding 3 sec at the bottom of each catch

10 Min AMRAP:
6 CTB pull ups
5 Front squats #135
3 push jerk #135
4 burpee box overs
