Mon and Tues WODS

Working our back off week, we started Mon with some lifting:
pick 1 oly lift and 1 power lift 3X5 of ea with moderate to heavy weight perfecting form
10 sets of 4 your choice of a core move

Tues we continue our skills and drills with a double under day.
If you average 40 or more double unders at a time do 5 attempts of max reps
if you average 20 or more double under at a time do 10 attempts of max reps
if you average 5 or more do 25 attempts
if you average 1 or more do 30 attempts
