Mon 4-2 WOD

What a great WOD for our 1st day back from back-off. Loved it!!! For those of us who were lucky enough to workout this afternoon we even got to enjoy some sun and traded out the row for the run.

WOD:
AMRAP in 2 min: wall balls
run 400 M or row 300 M
AMRAP in 4 min: box jumps
150 Double unders
AMRAP in 8 min: power cleans 115#/65#
