Tuesdays WOD

I know another day behind sorry! Todays working some gymnastics moves with serious focus on range of motion and a little mean streak on my part.

WOD:
"Cindy" 20 min AMRAP:
5 chest to bar pull ups
10 hand release push ups
15 ankle to butt squats

if you don't get the range of motion the rep doesn't count and yes this will slow you down expect 5-8 rounds lost from your usual score.
