this weeks WODs

Sorry about the absence of the blog in the last few days I've been out of internet range. We had some good WODs in the last few days and some good pics, which I hope to load soon.

Fri:
95 wall balls for time
every minute on the minute stop and do 8 burpees

Mon:
3 rounds:
600 M run
row for as long as it took you to run (rowing for meters less meters possible)

Tues:
1 round is:
8 SDHP 75#
4 Push Push 75#
40 double unders

AMRAP in 4 Min
1 min rest
AMRAP in 8 Min
1 min rest
AMRAP in 10 Min
