Night golf and Mondays WOD

Mondays WOD was a quickie and next time we do the shoulder carry expect more weight, but a good start to our 1st day back on the cycle.

WOD:
4 rds
100 M shoulder carry
10 clean and jerks

































Thanks to everyone who made it to night golf last saturday it was a blast, although I only made it to the 5th hole, but I think I figured out my swing for next year, thank you Bridget.
