hey its todays WOD today

Hey look I'm on the right day wahoo. Todays chipper was great you all did awesome!

WOD:
600 M run
50 squats
25 deadlift (heavy meaning you cannot get through 10 without stopping)
100 double unders
10 HSPU
30 push jerks (heavy see above)
1000 row
10 windshield wipers
30 GHD med ball sit ups
