It's just 10 meters

Had some nice weather for running today which was a good thing because that was the WOD. Working some overhead form and everyone looks great!!!

WOD:
OH squat
5/4/3/2

"Death by 10 meters"
Every minute on the minute sprint adding 10 meters every time. Up to 15 minutes
(Minute 1 10 meters, mintue 2 20 meters, minute 3 30 mintues....)

Campers did a great job today too showing mass improvement on stamina, and scaling up some serious movements! Good job ladies!
