LET THE BENCHMARK CYCLE BEGIN!!

The 1st WOD of the benchmark cycle was Jack. A great way to burn out your shoulders, good thing I brought home a bunch of new shoulder mobility moves and stretches, thanks to the Coachand the team at CrossFit Flathead.

10 kettlebell swings
