Quack, quack

We had a fun WOD today with some duck walks, sled pulls (appropriate for the weather), done with a partner. Check out the comments for scores, partners and weights. Check out the white board, Christmas party coming up don't forget to sign up, so we know who all can make it.
WOD:
5 F. squats 115#/95#
sled pull across gym 180#/135#
duck walk the rope back to your partner
line drills to cones and back
double unders until your partner resets your rope and sled
(2nd partner start F. squats as soon as the 1st partner has started to sprint)
