just a few 100 meters

Got a good endurance WOD today (anybody's butt still burnin'? Mine!) Working for the middle of the week, got a girl visiting the gym Wedns. if you haven't heard. Everyone is pretty consistant in numbers todays very nice work all.

WOD:
300 M row
500 M row
800 M row
rest the amount of time between intervals as it took you to perform the meters
