fridays WOD

working some of the lifts today, and although we got some really nice increases on our power lifts its nice to get back into the oly lifts, Oh how I missed the clean and jerk, (and yes were doing that one again soon yay!!)

A comfortable weight??? That small fact was missed at my class... We went HEAVY!
