Fridays WOD


Fridays WOD was a great use of core stability and just a lot of fun. Had a good day today with some nice lifts, Karen is cruisin' right through her ramp up and making great efforts, good job all.

Deadlift
3X3+ 70%/80%/90%

5X5 turkish get up to swing to snatch 35/25
