something like the bear

Today we did a sequence similar to the Bear and burned up some serious shoulder muscles. Don't forget this Sunday BBQ at the dock call me if you need directions I'll be there by 11:30, boats, food, and tub rides (and dont worry I wont make you do a WOD, well most likely not.)

WOD:
5 sets of Snatch-B squat-rack jerk
5 ballistic push ups (clapping or hands coming off the floor)
4 sets of S-BS-RJ
5 ballistic push ups
3 sets of S-BS-RJ
5 ballistic push ups
2 sets
5 ballistic push ups
1 set
