We had great weather for a really fun beach WOD Saturday. THanks to everyone who joined us it was a great morning.
WOD: 5o M med ball toss/run 4 rounds: partner one w/ buckets 10 jumping squats thigh deep, while partner 2 box jumps parnter one fill buckets and carry to top on stairs which 4 times each 50 M med ball toss/run
