Partners workout

Today was a partner workout, you do the "work" and as long as it takes you to finish the reps your partner goes for as many reps as possible, than you switch

WOD:
2 rounds
WORK.................................SCORING
3 rope climbs.......................GHD sit ups
10 ring dips..........................pull ups
20 Knees to elbow..............burpees

It was a parner workout unless you are Carley, then you have to do it musicless and all by yourself =(
