it's just 20 seconds

Worked some tabata rowing and introduced the air-dyne to everyone I think it made a great 1st impression.

WOD:
squat cleans 5X5

Tabata format:
1/2 tabata air-dyne
1 1/2 tabata row

The only good thing about the air dyne is the built in cooling system =)

What you didn't love it? Well I guess I'll have to program it in more, work your weakness right. I have to agree with you on the fan, definately a benefit.
