working the muscle up progression

We all worked muscle up progressions today in the WOD, nice work, I'm expecting to see a lot of people getting those down soon.
WOD:
AMRAP in 15:
3 muscle ups
5 deadlifts 75% 1 RM
7 burpees

Level I......................level II...................Level III
1 dip/1 pull up X3...asst muscle ups....muscle ups
