working the Monostructural

Working the monostructural aspect of our fitness today by hitting the rope and some runs. Check out all the times. Connor got a few doubles today, and Donna got her 1st few true double unders this morning too. Meghan got the 1st taste of a true WOD and did great with averaging 4 double unders throughout the workout. For her 1st WOD not bad. Carley and Ashley pushed through their ramp up class this evening getting a good sweat.

I hope you're all saving up your energy for tomorrow, if you haven't guessed our 2 easy days this week are leading up to something "fun" tomorrow. :0>
