Whip it good

Had a great day today, with a hard WOD and some new faces. Mark and Tony came in today to give us a try. They both did great on the WOD, we hope to see them again soon. Meanwhile everyone else got great work on their double unders today, making some progress, those new ropes sting so bad I think everyone will get it just to avoid that pain.
