filthy fifty

Everyone did the filthy fifty today and made some great times (check out the comments for scores), and Chris came in this week to start his ramp up program.

50 of each exercise
box jumps
jumping pull ups
swings
walking lunges
knees to elbow
push press
back extensions
wall ball
burpees
double unders
