50 M carry

Today was a beautiful day to be outside and we took advantage of that. For those of you that haven't heard we are having another food challenge this month, check out the nutritional link for info on that. We've already got a lot of people cooking up some yummy sounding foods. We are also preparing for some seminars and another clean eating challenge (this time you could win some $$$), keep your eyes open for sign ups around the gym.
Carley and Ashley are pushing through the new (condensed) ramp up program and looking to be joining open classes by the 15th. (times to be posted tomorrow).
