SO we had a GREAT day at the gym today, but I didn't have such a great day with the camera. Jenn Miller got up bright and early this morning to start her ramp up program, welcome to the family, Sheryl, Bob, Kim, Ryan, Mike and Tracy all made it in today for their 1st real WOD and did great, we had our 1st kids class (but some how I erased all the pics, don't worry I'll get more on Wedns.), and there were some awesome PR's tonight, check out the comments for scores and times.
