agility work

Today we worked on agility and coordination, we'll be adding these into the warm up routine every once in awhile so be prepared

WOD:
fast feet
3 set 10 each
step ups
double feet jump ups
alternating feet
step ups

Ladder drills
hopscotch
lateral
tango
in and out single and double
ski jump
