AMRAP'ing today

Had a full gym today, and it was great. We'd like to welcome back Matt to the gym, and a huge yeehaw for the new plyo boxes he brought with him, I can't wait to try them out.
Kim is working through her ramp up program well, showing strong promise to have her kipping pull ups soon.
Sheryl, Tracey and Bob are crusin' too, with some excellent rowing form from all of them
Everyone else made some great scores today too, I think it was the cold weather that made you run so fast.
