For those of you who know of someone who would like to get started with CrossFit, we have 3 ramp up classes schedule to start Jan 4th. There is a rotating schedule 6:00 AM, a 10:00 AM and a 6:00 PM ramp up class times open and we're hoping to fill them. Have them call or email us and we'll put them on the roll.

Day 1 of the Paleo Plan, as I like to call it. Thanks Jenn so much! Talking with you really got me over that hesitation. I have promised myself and my husband that I will do nothing but crossfit and Paleo for 2 months....to start. It's hard for us body builders to get used to this kind of workingout, but I'm giving it 100% thanks to your insight. Thanks again!

I think it's great that you're giving it an honest 100% try, I think you're going to see great results. Remember if you feel tired, cranky, etc take a look at the amount of protein you're consuming, might not be enough. Make sure your programming includes a fair amount of Max. Efforts as well as MetCons. Check out as many sites as you can and see what works best for you. I really get a lot out of CrossFit ATM, CrossFit verve has some interesting ideas, catalyst athletics has some great strength building programs, and CrossFit Invitcus.
