Carry your weight

Had a good push on the workout today, lots of sweat and grunting, hard push.

WOD:
4 rounds for time
Farmer and waiter carry split
50 double unders
25 Knees to elbows
Level I.......................level II.................Level III
m - 15/35.................m - 35/65............m - 55/75
w - 10/20.................w - 15/35............w - 25/55
all double under or double under attempts

Quite the week for intensity. Karen (wall balls 150) on Monday, ME Presses (3 varieties) on Tuesday + 10 minute timed box jumps, and then todays workout. Wow!!! Just when you think you can't do anymore, you take a short break and then grind out some more.
