Getting Started

How do you get started? First expand your mind and increase your knowledge by clicking on the left side bar links under "About CrossFit". Next book a free introductory class or check out the schedule tab for our free saturday classes and come in and experience it for yourself. We will talk about what CrossFit is and put you through a workout tailored to your current fitness level. After your intro. class we will discuss your goals and then you're off and running.
