Adam has always been involved in athletics.His interests have ranged from golf, motocross, skiing, wrestling, and most recently CrossFit. He has always been conscious of health and strength, but CrossFit brought a whole new level of both into his life.The competition and group environment of CrossFit immediately appealed to him, and after just one workout it became part of his life. The broad range of skills and strengths that CrossFit includes are a challenge that he looks forward to, and he welcomes the opportunity to help bring the same sense of accomplishment, friendship, competition, and health into the lives of people of all ages. Adam spends 2 weeks out of the month working in Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado and Montana as a diesel mechanic. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping.

Jennifer has spent the last 16 years dedicating her life to physical training and education. For 10 years, she trained all forms of dance, where she focused on proper body kinetics, healthy nutrition and safe development of physical ability. She found it was a very natural transition for her to increase her education by becoming a CrossFit certified trainer. She brings her education of Psychology, knowledge for anatomy and physiology, teaching experience and patience, and her drive to help others find a healthy, happier life style, to this CrossFit gym. Jennifer is eager to work hard with you to get you to your best physical fitness level.

Andy has always had a passion for athletics. Soccer, baseball, motocross racing, snowboarding or triathlons, he has always enjoyed the challenges sports have to offer. In 2008 Andy was introduced to the endless challenges that CrossFit presents and he was hooked. In April 2010 he acquired his CrossFit Level I certification and continued his fitness training education later that spring with his ACE Fitness certification.

Andy has spent the last 13 years as a Firefighter/EMT, he is currently working in the Spokane Valley Fire Department. When he is not coaching at CrossFit Lake City or serving his community, he enjoys spending time with his 2 boys who are enthusiastic CrossFitters as well.

How do you get started? First expand your mind and increase your knowledge by clicking on the left side bar links under "About CrossFit". Next book a free introductory class or check out the schedule tab for our free saturday classes and come in and experience it for yourself. We will talk about what CrossFit is and put you through a workout tailored to your current fitness level. After your intro. class we will discuss your goals and then you're off and running.
